In-Office Visits & Physicals

Includes: annual visits, school physicals, work physicals, and problem-focused appointments.

During your in-office visit, you can expect:

  • Check-in with our staff and collection of vital signs

  • Review of your medical history, medications, and allergies

  • A physical exam tailored to the reason for your visit

  • Completion of school or work physical forms when required

  • Discussion of any health concerns or symptoms

  • Orders for labs, referrals, or follow-up care if needed

Physical exams are performed according to state, school, and employer requirements.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Wynn Medical Center offers confidential, non-judgmental care for patients seeking treatment for opioid dependence.

MAT visits include:

  • A private and respectful intake process

  • Review of medical history and substance use history

  • Discussion of treatment goals and expectations

  • Medication management when appropriate

  • Ongoing monitoring, follow-ups, and support

Our approach focuses on safety, stability, and long-term recovery.

Telehealth Visits

Telehealth allows you to receive care from the comfort of your home when an in-person exam is not required.

Telehealth visits may include:

  • Review of symptoms, medications, and recent health changes

  • Evaluation of minor illnesses and follow-up conditions

  • Mental health support and medication management

  • Review of lab results and treatment plans

  • Prescriptions or referrals when appropriate

Telehealth is not used for visits that require hands-on exams, such as physicals.

Women’s Health Services

We provide comprehensive women’s health care in a supportive and respectful environment.

Women’s health visits may include:

  • Well-woman exams

  • PAP smears and preventive screenings

  • Contraception counseling

  • Menstrual or hormonal concerns

  • Menopause support and gynecologic symptom evaluation
