What to expect during your visit:

What to Expect at an In-Office Visit
An in-office visit at Wynn Medical Center is designed to be comfortable, thorough, and respectful of your time.
When you arrive, our staff will check you in and review your information. During your visit, your provider will take time to listen to your concerns, review your medical history, and perform any necessary exams or testing. We treat acute illnesses, manage chronic conditions, provide women’s health services, care for children, and offer urgent care visits when needed.
Before you leave, we’ll review your treatment plan, medications, and any next steps so you feel confident about your care. Our goal is to make sure you leave with your questions answered and a clear understanding of your plan moving forward.

What to Expect at a Telehealth Visit
Telehealth visits allow you to receive quality care from the comfort of your home.
Using a secure video or phone connection, you’ll meet with your provider to discuss your symptoms, concerns, or ongoing care needs. Telehealth is a convenient option for follow-ups, chronic condition management, medication refills, MAT visits, weight loss management, and certain acute concerns.
Your provider will review your history, discuss treatment options, and send prescriptions or orders as appropriate. If an in-office visit is needed, we’ll help schedule one. Telehealth offers the same attentive care with added convenience, especially helpful for busy schedules or long travel distances.

Why Choose Self-Pay?
Self-pay offers a simple and affordable option for patients who prefer clear pricing and fewer insurance hurdles. By paying directly for care, patients often experience quicker visits, transparent costs, and more control over their healthcare decisions.
At Wynn Medical Center, self-pay allows us to focus on quality, personal care without unnecessary delays or restrictions. Many patients choose self-pay if they are uninsured, have high deductibles, or want straightforward pricing with no surprises.
Our goal is to make healthcare accessible, honest, and respectful, so you can focus on your health, not the paperwork.
